$50.00 Emergency Priority Service ( to have one of our techs to your site right away, as we have our calendar and customers pre-scheduled in order of first come bases ) 

Unlike our competitors who bill from the time they leave their store until the time they return and include trip charges of $1 per mile, we only bill you for actual time spent at your site. The clock starts when we arrive and ends when we leave. You only pay us for the labor during that time.

$54.00 per Hour ( $27 per half hour increment )

(Minimum 1/2 hour diagnostic charge or installation of parts in most cases)

$50.00 Emergency Priority Service ( to have your computer worked on as soon as a bench opens up as our customers are on a first come bases ) 

( Repairs are usually completed within a 72 hour period, unless parts must be ordered )
